Jade specialises in commercial property law, including acquisitions and disposals and all aspects of commercial property leasing. He acts for a number of significant commercial property owners including listed property companies. Jade also has experience in property subdivisions, business sales and purchases and the use of corporate and trust structures in the public and private sectors.

Edward Mackenzie - Solicitor
Edward is a dual-qualified Australian and New Zealand solicitor, who joins us from his most recent stint working in London. Edward's areas of expertise include companies law, particularly the sale and purchase of businesses, and commercial transactions. He also has a background advising private clients about their trust structures. Edward is involved in all areas of commercial property, including preparing contracts, leases and financing documents.

Brian Boyer - Consultant
Brian is widely experienced in property and commercial law, including sales and acquisitions, syndication, leasing, joint ventures and commercial contracts. His expertise includes all aspects of Crown ownership, leasing, acquisitions and disposals of land. He advises a number of substantial New Zealand commercial property owners and investors, government departments and tertiary institutions, as well as several listed and unlisted substantial private companies.
